Send a PDF version of your Seller's Permit to Naomi.

- Both the online application form and sellers permit are required prior to approval.
- After your application is verified, your wholesale ordering access will be opened. This may take 5 business days. Contact Naomi if you haven't heard back from us.
- A notice of your activation will be sent to your email address.
