All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

I am not in control of how fast the USPS handles your orders after I drop them at the local post office. I have tried to bribe them...

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from Freakn Proud which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 5-10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact me at naomi@fashionfreakllc.com with your name and order number, and I will look into it for you. 

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

Returns are accepted up to 14 days after delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition, a refund for the full order amount (OR if you are returning a partial return of your order) minus the return shipping costs for the returned item. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email me as soon as possible at naomi@fashionfreakllc.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. I address these on a case-by-case basis but will try my best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

MY SHIPPING MOTTO IS "SHIP SHIT FAST!" 

I know how much you love to get the stuff you ordered as fast as humanly possible. Typically, I ship the same day; sometimes within hours of payment. Otherwise, I do my best to ship within 1 business day of payment or the next business day if the order was placed on Saturday or Sunday. 

An email will be sent confirming that your order has been received, and then a follow-up email will be sent once your order has been processed that will include a tracking number.

  • If you have ordered a pre-order item, your item will ship after it arrives to ME and I have fully inspected the items.

Freakn Proud ships USPS to all US locations. Occasionally, I will ship via UPS, your tracking number will coordinate with the shipping service used.

 


FAQ SHIPPING QUESTIONS

WHAT SHIPPING SERVICES DO YOU USE FOR SHIPPING?

  • Shipping is calculated by weight.
  • Orders that are under 15.9 ounces will ship USPS First Class. 
  • Orders that are 16+ ounces will ship USPS Priority OR UPS Ground.
  • Expedited shipping is available, for an additional cost. Please contact us if you need expedited shipping.

HOW COME MY ORDER IS SHIPPING FIRST CLASS EVEN THOUGH I SELECTED PRIORITY SHIPPING USING MY FREE SHIPPING DISCOUNT CODE?

  • If a FREE SHIPPING discount code is used at check out, your order will ship First Class if under 16oz or US Priority if over 16oz, regardless of the shipping method chosen at checkout. 

IF AN ITEM IS OVERSOLD, WHEN WILL IT SHIP?

  • If you have ordered an item that was oversold, ie black leggings, we will ship them out after it arrives to us and we have fully inspected the items.
  • We do not turn on overselling unless we know that we have a shipment coming in from either our manufacturer or our distributors.
  • If something happens to the shipment or an item was accidentally oversold we will issue you a full refund.
