Do you have a Return Policy?

Do you have a shipping policy? If so, what is your shipping policy?

Yes, our shipping motto is "Ship Shit Fast!" We know how much we love to get the stuff we ordered as fast as humanly possible. You bet your ass, I have contacted UPS to see if I can come pick up at the sorting facility. Typically, we ship same day; sometimes within hours of payment. Otherwise, we do our best to ship within 24 hours of payment or the next business day if the order was placed on Saturday or Sunday.

• If you have ordered a pre-order item, your item will ship after it arrives to us and we have fully inspected the items.
• If you have ordered an item that was allowed to be over sold, ie black leggings, we will ship them out after it arrives to us and we have fully inspected the items.

What shipping services do you use for shipping?

• Shipping is calculated by weight.
• Orders that are under 15.9 ounces will ship USPS First Class. 
• Orders that are 16+ ounces will ship USPS Priority.
• Expedited shipping is an option at check out, for an additional cost.
• If a FREE SHIPPING discount code is used at check out, your order will ship First Class if under 16oz or US Priority if over 16oz, regardless of the shipping method chosen at checkout. 

If an item is oversold, when will it ship?

• If you have ordered an item that was over sold, ie black leggings, we will ship them out after it arrives to us and we have fully inspected the items.
• We do not turn on overselling unless we know that we have a shipment coming in from either our manufacturer or our distributors.
• If something happens to the shipment or an items was accidentally oversold we will issue you a full refund.

Can I pay with PayPal?

Yes, you can pay with PayPal or credit card. At in person pop ups, cash is also accepted. No checks.

Do you sell LuLaRoe?

No. Fashion Freak LLC is a family owned & operated online and traveling boutique. We are not members of an MLM or DS company.

Are your leggings soft like LuLaRoe?

Yes, our leggings are the butter soft double brushed 92% polyester 8% spandex fabric that is now known as "butter soft" but we call them "Super Softies"! Our leggings are soft just like LLR, Agnes & Dora, and P!Phany's leggings.
